It's time to starting thinking about broker license renewal and MIRA is making it EASY! 

Get all 12 hours (4 core + 8 elective hours) CE you need in order to renew your license IN-PERSON here at MIRA in just 2 DAYS! Best part of taking classes IN-PERSON?? NO EXAMS!

You can sign up for each class individually depending on which classes you still need or sign up for the whole 12 hour CE package and SAVE $30!!

2024 Broker CE Renewal Requirements: 4 hours of core CE, 8 hours of elective CE (including a yearly Sexual Harassment: Prevention & Safety course which counts towards the 8 elective CE hours). 

All 12 hours must be completed BEFORE April 30, 2024. Once the classes are complete you must still renew your license via the online IDFPR portal.

IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE RULES:

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted! Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class if the opening comments from the instructor are complete and has begun addressing the first item on the class outline. (approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the instructor).
  • No more than 10% of the class can be missed by going in and out of the classroom or Zoom screen.
  • Students must sign in at the beginning of the course using the provided QR code and sign out using the provided QR code at the conclusion of the course and their license verified in order to receive credit for the course.
