Wishbone 'Wags & Wishes' Volunteer Opportunity 2026

Description

Lend a paw with the MIRA Young Professionals Network (YPN) in a night of giving back at the Wishbone Canine Rescue's 'Wags & Wishes' fundraiser. This annual event features dinner, live and silent auctions, entertainment, live screen printing, a photo booth and more!  

During the 7PM-9:30PM volunteer shift, MIRA volunteers will assist in the following roles:

  • event floaters
  • necklace auction attendees
  • seating helpers
  • runners
  • auction assistants
  • check-out attendees

No prior training required - sign up today!

Please wear your MIRA T-shirt for this association volunteer event. Complimentary shirts are available at the MIRA office for pick up.

'Wags & Wishes' is Wishbone's largest annual fundraiser. This event enables them to continue their life-saving work. Funds raised from Wags & Wishes allow them to provide medical, preventative and behavioral care for hundreds of unhoused dogs each year!
