Join us for our upcoming 12-hour Broker Continuing Education package, designed to help you meet your requirements quickly while actually enjoying the experience. Whether you thrive in an in-person classroom or appreciate the convenience of logging in from anywhere, we’ve built this for you.

Get all 12 hours CE you need in order to renew your license, PLUS fulfill your Cycle 8 Fair Housing and Ethics requirements IN-PERSON at the MIRA office or HYBRID ONLINE with the live instructor! Best part is, no matter how you attend, these courses are offered with NO EXAMS! 

You can sign up for each class individually depending on which classes you still need or sign up for the whole 12 hour CE package and SAVE $15!! (With the exception of the Ethics/Sexual Harassment Combo - you must take both of these courses together, according to IR, to receive credit for the 1-hour SHP course.)

2/4, 8:30am-11:30am -- COR1902: Core CE  ($65 for 6 credit hours)

2026 Broker CE Renewal Requirements: 6 hours of core CE (which includes the new Fair Housing requirement) and 6 hours of elective CE (which should include at least one hour of Sexual Harassment: Prevention & Safety).

All 12 hours must be completed BEFORE April 30, 2026. Once the classes are complete you must still renew your license via the online IDFPR portal.

  • Late arrivals will not be admitted! Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class if the opening comments from the instructor are complete and has begun addressing the first item on the class outline. (approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the instructor).
  • No more than 10% of the class can be missed by going in and out of the classroom or Zoom screen.
  • Students must sign in at the beginning of the course using the provided QR code and sign out using the provided QR code at the conclusion of the course in order to receive credit for the course. This applies for both in-person and virtual attendees.
