2026 Talk Derby To Me: RPAC Stick Horse Derby & Happy Hour

'Run for the Roses' at MIRA's 5th Annual RPAC Derby Fundraiser & Happy Hour, hosted by MIRA YPN! 

This event will feature:

  • An exhilarating stick horse derby - the final Derby Champion will win a $100 GRAND PRIZE, the MIRA Derby cup and a year's worth of bragging rights.
  • Best Hat contest for a $50 prize
  • Bourbon pull 
  • 70/30 raffle - one lucky winner will take home the cash


Each $20 registration is a contribution to RPAC and includes (2) drink tickets and appetizers. 

Each $100 stick horse sponsorship includes a stick horse purchase or sponsorship, participation in (1) heat race for your horse, (2) drink tickets and appetizers.


NEW THIS YEAR - 

  • 20 horses are available for sponsorship. These are pre-named and come with jockeys to participate in the race for you. If your horse wins, you are the winner of the $100 grand prize. These are first come first served.
  • 10 horses are available for purchase. These are available for you to name and jockey on our own. Stick horse is provided and available for pick up at the MIRA office.


Must select your horse preference under "Additional Items" at registration.


CUT OFF TO SPONSOR OR PURCHASE HORSES IS NOON ON MAY 5TH.


All activities are hosted to raise money for RPAC - the organization that supports candidates that champion real estate interests and advocates for policies protecting private property rights
