This session, featuring MRED's Margaret Hicks, will focus on developing practical leadership skills through interactive learning. Participants will explore how improv techniques can sharpen leadership and communication skills, gain a better understanding of association financials, and learn how to confidently navigate parliamentary procedures and Robert’s Rules of Order with Past President, Tracy Patkunas. 

Please remember that attendance at this event is required as part of the Leadership Academy program. As outlined in the program guidelines, 100% participation is required to remain in the program. Participants must commit to attending all scheduled sessions. One (1) emergency absence may be granted on a case-by-case basis with prior notice. However, missing two (2) scheduled events will result in automatic resignation from the program.
