Join REALTORS from all across the state as they come together to affect the change in Springfield! You'll spend the day networking with hundreds of REALTORS just like you who want to make a difference when it comes to potential laws that impact your business. 

Breakfast, lunch, adult beverages and transportation provided. Event and bus ride is FREE for those who register, however A $55 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOU BY IR/MIRA FOR REGISTERING BUT NOT ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE.

Bus will leave the Doubletree parking lot at 8:00AM and return to town no later than 8:00pm. This is a REALTOR and Affiliate members-only event. Registrations are limited and first come, first served.

8 a.m. – Bus leaves Doubletree parking lot in Bloomington 

8:55 a.m. – Opening Remarks by President Michael Gobber 

9 a.m. – House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch (invited) 

9:20 a.m. – Jeff Havens, Business Growth Expert 

10 a.m. – Coffee Break with music from Micah Walk 

11 a.m. – Opening Remarks by President Michael Gobber, Political Involvement Award, Hall of Fame Recognition, Lobby Day Briefing, David Axelrod, national political strategist & commentator 

1 p.m. – Load buses to State Capitol Legislative Visits 

3:30 p.m. – Major Investor Reception 

4 – 6 p.m. – Lobby Day Block Party
