40th Annual MIRA Golf Outing - Hole Sponsorship

Description

Hole selections are first come, first served based on affiliate program level. At least 2 sponsors will be at a hole. Sponsors can either sit out at the hole or will be represented by a sign, provided by MIRA. Tents, chairs, snacks, beverages and giveaways may be brought to the hole. 

For Platinum, Gold and Silver levels, please indicate how many of your included lunches/dinners you will be utilizing and what dinner selections you would like for those. 

For all others, please indicate at time of registration if you would like to add a lunch or dinner for the hole attendee for an additional cost. 

INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE PER AFFILIATE LEVEL: 

(Meal selections will be made under "Additional Items" when registering.)

• Platinum includes: (1) hole of first choice (first to choose), sign at hole, (4) dinners and (4) lunches for hole attendees. 
• Gold includes: (1) hole of choice (second to choose), sign at hole, (3) dinners and (3) lunches for hole attendees. 
• Silver includes: (1) hole of choice (third to choose), sign at hole, (2) dinners and (2) lunches for hole attendees. 
• Others include: (1) hole and sign at hole. May add meals for additional cost.

Check the map for hole locations prior to selecting as some holes are more deemed 'desirable' than others (i.e. proximity to club house & bathrooms, shade, etc.). Please let us know at time of registration whether or not you plan to sit at the hole.
