Course Description - Artificial intelligence is just that, intelligence that is artificial. It is the ability to provide information in seconds based on human coding. AI gets smarter as we use it. It is not human but might feel human when it responds. In this course you will learn to understand the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and recognize the role of code of ethics, fair housing laws and license laws in the context of AI usage in real estate.
